COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

STEAM

Do not defrost.  Lightly spray surface of steamer with oil. Steam over boiling water for 10 minutes.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

PAN FRY

Space gyoza apart in a pan and add 1/2 cup of water. Cover and steam for 4-5 minutes. Uncover and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Fry on medium heat until bottoms are golden brown.

STEAM

Do not defrost.  Lightly spray surface of steamer with oil. Steam over boiling water for 12 minutes.

DEEP FRY

Put enough oil in a pot to cover the gyoza. Heat oil and deep fry for 4-5 minutes.

DEEP FRY

Do not defrost. Put enough oil in a pot to cover gyozas. Heat the oil and deep fry frozen gyoza for 4-5 minutes.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

PAN FRY

  1. Do not defrost as dough may become sticky.

  2. Heat a non-stick fry pan (large enough to lay a whole roti flat) over low - medium heat. 

  3. Remove plastic sheets from roti, and pan-fry (no oil required) for 1-1 1/2 minutes, until golden brown.

  4. Gently turn roti over, and press gently with a spatula to help roti layers puff up.
    Pan-fry for another 1 - 1 1/2 minutes until golden brown.

  5. Keep warm in tea towel whilst you repeat above steps for desired amount of roti.
